Before proceeding with your booking, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our policies:
Special Physical Conditions: If your visit pertains to any specific physical conditions beyond the usual muscle tension or tightness, please provide detailed information in the “What We Need to Know” section.
Pregnancy: If you’re expecting, it’s vital to select the prenatal massage option. Additionally, please inform us about the stage of your pregnancy.
Severe Symptoms: For more acute symptoms like muscle sprains, pulled muscles, back issues, sleeping discomfort, spasms, or other intense conditions, please opt for the Therapeutic Massage. Regular massages may not be as effective for these situations.
Couples Massage: For couples massages, kindly call our office directly to book. Please note that each online booking is considered for one individual at a time.
Online Booking: When booking online, choose the slot that best fits your schedule. We will reach out via text or call for confirmation. Please remember, your appointment is only secured upon receiving this confirmation. Ensure the phone number you provide is accurate to avoid any miscommunication.
Immediate Bookings: For more immediate scheduling, feel free to call our office. We might have openings within the next couple of hours that aren’t visible in the online system.
Cancellation Policy
Dear Clients,
For your convenience, we do not require a prepaid deposit when booking online. However, despite this convenience, we occasionally encounter instances of no-shows. We recognize that unforeseen or urgent circumstances can arise, making it impossible for you to attend your appointment.
Should such a situation occur, we kindly request that you inform us. You can call, leave a voicemail (outside of business hours), or send us an email. We are understanding and flexible; if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, just let us know. This also allows us to offer the slot to other clients in need.
Please be aware, clients who miss their appointments without notifying us will be recorded as a “No-Show.” If there’s a history of no-shows on your record, we regret that we will have to decline future online booking requests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
